Definitely recommend Chris’s PT sessions for just a 1 to 1 or a group session. He let’s you set yourself a target and each time you have to beat it! I started bootcamp 6 weeks after having my baby boy and I’m so glad I did, and I actually quite enjoy it. Before I would never go for a run or even try and do shuttle runs but now it’s a different story. Bootcamp is also a great way to meet new people and test your own strength.
Whilst lockdown continues to carry on, Chris has added Zoom classes to keep us motivated and keep our fitness up on Wednesday’s and Sundays!!“
